Welcome to Voicemodly (the "Service"), a real-time translation platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using Voicemodly, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Voicemodly provides real-time translation tools and services. While we strive to provide the highest translation quality and accuracy, the translations are provided "as-is", and we do not guarantee that they will be 100% accurate, reliable, or free of errors.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Merchant of Record

Our order process and payment processing are conducted by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for all our sales. They handle customer service inquiries, payment processing, sales tax compliance, and refunds. By subscribing or purchasing credits, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Translate any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violating third-party rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Service.
• Use automated scripts or scrapers to extract data from the Service without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voicemodly and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or utility, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

6. User Responsibility for Recording Consent

Since Voicemodly does not store or monitor any translations or recordings, the User assumes sole legal responsibility for obtaining explicit consent from all parties involved in a conversation before translating, recording, or downloading any session data, in compliance with local wiretapping and privacy laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
