Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Voicemodly. We want to ensure you have a great experience with our real-time translation platform.
Because Voicemodly provides instant digital services (real-time translation API consumption, machine translation, and dynamic voice/text rendering), we generally enforce a no-refund policy once the service has been accessed, or translation credits have been used.
1. Digital Goods and Service Use
Once you purchase a subscription or credits and start translating text or audio, the digital service is considered fully consumed. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for:
- Translation credits that have already been used.
- Subscription periods during which the service was active and accessed.
- Dissatisfaction with the quality of automated translation (as a test/free tier is available to evaluate the tool beforehand).
2. Technical Issues and System Outages
We want to be fair. If you experience a complete billing error (e.g., double-charging) or the service was completely unavailable due to a verified technical issue on our side for an extended period:
- You may request a refund by contacting us within 14 days of the transaction date.
- Please provide your transaction receipt (from Lemon Squeezy) and a description of the issue.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining days of an active subscription month.
